before buying, seller is responsive, after buying also responsive. sadly I did not get the product. I open dispute. seller asked me to close dispute, saying they will re-sent. when I close dispute, they gave me a new tracking number. but I can't track it. I asked them why, they said they can track i can't. I asked if they can send me screenshot as proof. they didn't. they ask me to be patient. the time for dispute almost ended. I won't be able to get my money back otherwise. so I reopen the dispute.i realised they sent me the same exact message as before. verbatim. I realised it was a pre set messages.thats ok but the fact they sent me that instead of addressing the issue, made me worried. I decided to keep dispute open.
Great flute, metal not bamboo though but I am not fussed all in all good product. Need to figure out how to play now
