Product arrived in the expected time frame. The handle is not polished, inside of the cup is not polished. The top of the cover is not exactly centered. I tested the pH level of the water before pouring into the cup and 24 hours after in the cup and didn’t notice any different. But pH level may not be a good test for this. Overall, I think this is a good cup, just don’t know if it really has good benefits.
