I ordered 12inch front and rear wheels. When I shake the front wheel I received, I heard some noise and I opened the hub. 1 Ball bearing was dropped inside the hub and it was making the noise. and 1 ball bearing was missing. Only 9 bearing I could find inside the hub. Other side has 10 bearings which in ok.
No cog.
