these shoes were too small for my children despite using the chart that was provided. the listing states you can return for any reason within 15 days. I went through the process of trying to return it but then my dispute was closed because they said I did not enter return tracking information. however it never said that my return was accepted. the last information I received was that they would send the seller a message to see if my return was eligible. this is ridiculous. they won't even let me try to send it back again.
