I have contacted Isinbobo & tried to reach AliExpress several times. The item ordered 12/1/19 & 12/24/19. Wrong color item. Followed instructions to return postage paid shipping label to Sunny Island Group in California. After no response & several more messages to Isinbobo, they inform me nothing can be done by them because SIG is AliExpress sub business. I provided pictures of the item & even the package with tracking number which the USPS found easily for Isinbobo could not. I contacted the U.S. Post Office in San Mateo, CA which services you & they said they are very familiar with SIG. SIG is having shipping labels with no postage on them. When they arrive in San Mateo, they refuse to pay the postage. USPS says they have over a hundred packages to them with unpaid postage. They instructed me to contact my credit card company & also file a complaint with the U.S. Postal Inspector office as this is mail fraud. I have done so.
