The ambulance is good and has a lot of features. The sound is a little loud, but muting it is optional and we put some tape over the speaker to quieten it down a bit. The music tunes (when you slide the switch seems to be the same tune and doesn't change. It would be nice to have some sort of english dialogue when you press the buttons for the children to learn more about heartbeat/stomach ache/cough/xray/etc.
