Firmware not properly functioning to store pictures and videos. The camera cannot properly store pictures or videos to the SD card. JPG files or videos cannot be accessed from the camera once a file is corrupt on the memory card. The only solution is to format the SD card, however the issue repeats within a day and it becomes a real nuisance and frustration for children. The sound quality is also very poor, audio volume is very low. You have to put your ear against the camera in order to hear any music at maximum volume setting.
