I am very disappointed!!! They don't reply to emails ever! We had intended to buy many paintings from this seller due to the glowing 5 star reviews. We ordered one to test out the service. We paid extra for SFExpress shipping and they provided a tracking number for normal China Post. They did not reply to emails asking where the parcel was. We filed a dispute and thankfully were refunded. There is no excuse for not replying to emails. Covid is also NOT an excuse. Stay away from these people, I have no idea how they got great reviews.
