Nice knifs for the price, quality of the materials is good.Nice design, good weight, they are straight. I think the handles are not hollow and the balance weight is good. The plastic covers are also nice for protection. Only one knife come with a scratch on the handle see the photo. I give 4 stars from 5 for the paper cutting test.The carrot was cut very good and easy in different sizes and shapes, but I have a feeling that the sharpening will not last for a very long time. I think for a normal kitchen(not professional one) the knifes are great. Please wash them very good before using, you don't see but the knifes have a fine dust/powder on them, I believe form the polish and sharpening. I recommend the knifes for an average kitchen, and I recommend the seller.
