system has automatically finished the order without receiving the product. I can't even open a dispute at all.

The mini pc came quickly after dispatched. Build quality is good with very fast booting time. Heat dissipation is good enough even without fans. The first boot was failure since bios could not find a bootable device from factory default. Contacting customer service did help and solve the problem. The windows is OEM with 170 days working period though.
