shipping: 5/5 it took whole 10 days for seller to shipped my item and took about 4 days to reach my place. no doubt its premium shipment so theres nothing to worry about. However the styrofoam packages but did not affect the machine. cost: 5/5 5 in 1 heat press machine for this price is ridiculous cheap and very affordable for a guy who want to open a small business. machine: 8/10 The machine works perfectly however there is some small issues with it. first the teflon sheet was loosen and there is a missing screw from the machine. thank god they gave u spare screws inside the box. Sadly, seller said they could provide me free samples but they did not arrive. i dont believe there is any of it. but its ok. ill try to post few pictures after i got some samples to do work with.
