someone complained these were 23 actually, but mine are 24.5-25.5mm (the width slightly fluctuates in different parts) on a 17mm rim. i think it can be used tubless with some sealant - on merida cx400 stock wheels it makes distinct snaps during inflation and are very hard to put on as well. had to buy new tubes too, anything bigger than 25c wont fit
