I ordered 4 and 3 inch knifes, i only needed one and wanted the 4 inch knife, the first time i tried to use it to cut the threads in the picture it immediately broke. I was disappointed but the seller told me to open a dispute and i got most of the money back, so in the end I'm not upset with the situation.

These are good quality, I use them for everything except really hard/fibrous foods. They will dry with water spots on blade and handle, but taking care to wash and dry them will prevent this.
