very disappointed because we don t know that the subwoofer box were with câble. we think that s all wireless. the vendor doesn t want to send us long cable to compensate. what s a pity because for this price we can find material with good quality like bose and all wireless. not recommanded
Recieved separately two packages in few days (woofers and main unit speakers). I reported malfunction of main unit speakers to the seller with video (three speakers don't work and can't established aux connection with Smart TV). Seller confirmed malfunction from my video and wrote that they will resend a new main speaker unit. Seller said that there's no need for opening dispute. Now I wait to receive the new main speaker unit.
Great service ever , seller was send replacement unit TM1200A until he arrange delivering main unit TM1120 because it wasn't deposal in warehouse. I was using replacement unit until yesterday when I received new TM1120 unit. Only seller with high standards will do something like that. Sound is excellent in both unit, easy connect with bluetooth, optical cable,aux or coaxial with remote and manual in English. High standards shaped in main units are astonishing. Professional attitude and service are for Best recommendation from me !!
