this is a gift for my mother so I'm not sure on the fit, but it looks like the size of all her other pajama shirts. The item looks exactly like the picture. the material is definitely made out of a cotton polyester blend. when held up to the light the material is see-through but it doesn't look like it will be see-through when it is actually being worn. I'm extremely happy with this order
