I enjoyed working with the seller on this, so I definitely recommend the seller. I've bought 9 different types of Android Barcode-Scanning PDA devices. While not my favourite of all of them, this one's a pretty good pistol-grip equipped one and easily available. Pros: - Great WiFi performance. Much better than the older PL-40L - Good performance for our web-app - Good battery life: used 8 hours with a 20-minute charge during a lunch break; it probably could have lasted all 8 hours without mid-day charge Cons: - Battery: integrated into pistol grip as a single piece. Might have to a new grip if bad battery; I don't know if that's available. We had three bad PL-40L batteries over the years - Ergonomics: scanning dot isn't angled down like some other scanners, which means you have to tilt the scanner from the reading/typing angle to the scanning angle. Subtle, but gets fatiguing over time. - No dedicated number/enter buttons: though that's clear in the photos
