Quick and friendly communication with the seller. It took roughly one week until the plate was cut, the seller sent me a photo of it before the package was shipped. Shipping took roughly 3 weeks (including christmas holidays) to Germany. Overall I am very pleased with the product, the carbon quality is excellent. I will definitely purchase another plate here!
