Cheap plastic, but works really well. Only tried Bluetooth, worked without issues and was pretty loud with my speakers. The backplate was quite hot after 2 hours of playing music, not sure if that's an issue, probably was around 80°C but the components on the PCB are rated to 120°C so it should be fine. Make sure not to connect power reversed (positive pole to the negative, e.g), else the capacitor will blow up and the radio doesn't have protection for that. If you know the wiring is ok in your car, boat, etc, then just connect the connectors and it will work right away.
