The tablet is of great quality, and works all as supposed to, however the plastic bezel is of lower quality and a bit fragile compared to the factory bezel and needs caution when transferring the vents and climate control panel. No docomentation came with the unit, however the passcode for the car settings under extra settings can be found online (8888) and its needed to properly select car make model and year in order for canbus to work as it should. Prior to that it did not work correctly. Overal very happy with the result.
The customer service is FANTASTIC and the item arrived in 3 weeks to the united states. I bought this one specifically for the carplay. I chose the 4gb RAM because anything below 4gb RAM with the technological world we live in will just not work as fast as you it want it too. Installation was quite simple (although it would be better if they provided instructions). The screen is super responsive. No lags. The radio quality is the same as the jeep factory radio. It is exactly what I was looking for. I ran into a couple of problems 1) carplay was not working and 2) my steering wheel controls were not working. However, the customer service they provided was spectacular they did not stop until my issues were resolved. They helped me fix the carplay and they also helped me fix my steering wheel controls. Now I am here writing this review because yes I am a happy customer service and they know how to run a business! To the store thank you, friend. Keep up the good work.
