308 Phase II Very good product! It was my second purchase there for a second 308 and I am very satisfied with both. I bought it to replace the original one that is freezing the hand in winter and burning in summer (aluminium) . The original one is very hard to remove (you "only" have to pull) and that new one has much space. Maybe you would prefer to add some adhesive tape on the lever to make it harder to remove. I did it for the first car and it is still in place and never moved more than one year later. So... VERY SATISFIED!
