Absolutely unfair seller. Firstly sells items which he dont have at all secondly acording delivery time order should come at short time but seller suggest to wait that time until he will order new branch and only then hell send it to you. Is it fair? I ll leave it to deside for your self. But dont recomend this seller to noone.
