When I first made the order, the product never arrived. That have announced deliveries in 3 business days, but after a week, no product was delivered. I sent a message but they take too long to reply. After replying, they sent me a new package, it took 3 days to arrive, like promised, but they mixed up my order... instead of 30 x 40 canvas, they sent me 30 x 30... I’m still waiting for them to reply to my message. It’s already been 24 hours and no reply.
