I have bought this backpack only because the measurements they give in the item description shows that it is big enough to take in my Surface Pro 7. When the product arrived (very late btw), it is drastically smaller. I have requested some portion of the price to be refunded,. but they didn't answer for 10 days now. So here is my bad review.
The seller never replied to the dispute. Aliexpress didn't care as well. It closed up automatically. And I am stuck with this bag.
