Decent product, especially for the price. I can not attest for the Max loading capacity: I use it for non lethal work. The product works great if you hook yourself to the front hook. There is however a design fault when you hook yourself to the side hooks: there are no side or back bands that transfer that weight to the legs. If you hang on the side hooks, then expect to have the belt rise up to about chest hight, pushing all that weight in your ribcage. Point is: great for front loading, but if you secure yourself with the side hooks, you will hurt yourself big time if you fall. The belt will rise up into your ribcage
