I am extremely dissatisfied with the car stereo. I ordered the version with Android 10. After the installation of the radio in my car the LCD-Display did not work. Despite the fact that I uploaded a video and pictures of the defect (see picture attached) I did not receive a refund. Furthermore, the communication with the camecho store was very impolite and unprofessional. When I received a message from the camecho store during the dispute it always started with 'hey my friend'. Poor service, bad product, impolite!
