the red silicone ball is perfect, the straps are perfect but i find a big problem on this gag and its the 2 straps near the nose, its barely on the eyes :/ but its not supposed , it soule be at the left and right of the nose

Item is as described. Quality is decent and she looks amazing with it on.. it is very secure (it's already become one of my favourite gags). She finds it a lot more comfortable than typical ball gags since it doesn't stretch the sides of her mouth as much. Win win! Only complaint is the straps sit a little too close to the eyes, but a blindfold resolves that issue. I had no need to contact the seller, item was shipped quickly with no issues.
