It didn't fit my card properly even though it was on the supported list (Palit model). My card, and apparently many other reference models, have tabs on the ports on the back that don't fit with the included metal tab. the included metal tab was bent on arrival. The included thermal pads are all the same width and the VRM ones barely touch the card. The screws for installing the included metal tab are too thick and won't let you install the card afterwards on all cases and the cards own metal tab can't be installed because the screws are too thin for the holes. I had to mod this to install on my card and buy additional thermal pads, but at least the performance is very good. My 3080 won't go above 60 running furmark.
