This is not the quietest pump ever and is the only reason it's getting 4 and not 5. it really deserves like a 4.5 The flow is very good though. My system temps are great and I have had no problems. If you are worried about build quality don't be. This thing is solid as a rock. The mounting loops are very bulky and I don't like the look of them so I would use them as a last resort. However, if you have a big enough case or can squeeze the included metal brackets in the perfect spot like I did, I think it looks great. I custom water-cooled because I had a blower card and it got sooooo loud. If you're looking for a quieter solution than your blower card this will work. It's just a little bit louder than my system was when idling, but under workloads, the volume does not increase and is super sustainable.
