quaility is high! rotation is very tight. rubber o-ring without any smell IMPORTANT!!! internal diameter of rotary part ~8.2mm(closer to internal part) - 9.4mm(closer to external part), as for me not bad, but can be 10-11mm, which i more acceptable if most systems has bigger diameter.
