I ordered 8 touch switches witch one never came to me. I was opened the dispute but seller asked me not to do that. dispute time has expired and switches didn't come. they said that they would send again but they never did that and now they block me so that I can't send them messages. very unprofessional

shipping time to CZ average. design of product is nice and material solid. It would be nice to have more detail about installation. it is different from ABB and other manufactures. firstly metal frame then click socket and last cover. know this have it done hour earlier. recommended to fasten the screws of conductor hard and switch off electricity before installation of course
