The written description shows 3 minutes delay which it is, the photograph showed 30 seconds. The box received indicates 30 sec or 3minute selectable. I wish to know how to select 30 seconds as is for Electronics. If it was used with a Refrigerator with a compressor then 3 minutes would probably be a better time to allow compressor to equalize and lower startup strain on motor. UL ULc CSA & NOM certification would be desirable.
