Good quality shirt. I normally fit a med and rarely a small if I like the shirt to be tight and this one I ordered as large. Fits good. I'm 189lbs and 5'11" more muscular than guys my age and weight so keep that in mind. I like shirts that aren't too short and go past my belt line by at least 6" and this one does that perfectly. I'd say order 1 size bigger than you typically wear.
