The sax arrived in a timely manner, safely packaged, and in excellent condition. The product is consistent as indicated in the description. No major issues with the build construction besides a minor loose screw which did not affect performance and easily fixed myself. The sax is resonant and plays with ease. Very satisfied with the product and recommend it to anyone interested in these types of saxophones.
