It is a perfect lamp. Strong, long lasting. BUT the hinge of the lamp (where you can set the angle of the lamp and beam) is not so strong. If you run, and your head is shocking, it can"t hold the lamp's weight, and doesn't hold still... It can be tighter. Not a big mistake, but I bought it definitely for runing, and outdoor sporting, it is a little disturbing... I tried to find some way to fix it but I accept some help.
