seller sent me only the glass cup. no lid, no infuzer. the whole metal parts are missing. i have oppened a dispute, they only egree to refund half. they say my evidence is not sufficient although i sent the picture. how do they expect me to prove i did not get something if i did not get it.
got only the glass without the metal part. and its not 750 cc. yes i have measured.
