This permanent is not bad but the solution is very aggressive for the skin. I make permanent all my life and never seen that ulcers on my skin like after this permanent. I used all prevention as recommended for the permanent but I had a severe burn on the skin. I recommend using oil or even Vaseline to the hairline on the neck and forehead to prevent chemical burn. And instruction for this permanent must be much clearer.
