The holder is slightly to tight / out of tolerance, so the inserts do not sit flush on the holder, bought high quality holders from an Israeli company as replacement since communication with the store owner did not lead to any meaningful solution or replacement, was more kind of delaying tactics / waiting game. Shipping back the holders would cost to much.
