The item shipped quickly and arrived in Canada within 10 days, but it sat at DHL facility for over 35 days without notice that it was there. They finally sent a letter saying that I needed to pay duties in order to release it. I am not sure if the seller had been contacted, but I would have appreciated being told earlier that I needed to pay duty so I would have received it.
