Extremely stretchy on both the top and bottom. Top seems tight while the shorts are extremely loose. Seems almost like a US size S(6) top with size XL(12) shorts but I bet both could stretch to XXL. In my photo, you can see how the shorts are much wider than the shirt. You will probably need a belt for the shorts and luckily it has belt hoops. Sewing on the police tag looks bad (see the picture) but the shirt and shorts material are very nice and soft. Also comes with a thong. I would give this 5-stars but I think the seller should have listed measurements.
