Too small won’t button.

i’m 5’3.5, 135 lbs, & 30G. I got a size small. The dress length is good for me but the chest/shoulder area is really tight. There’s a little strain on the buttons but not too bad that i can’t wear it i just might need to put a safety pin in it. Also the dress was damp when i got it which is weird but it didn’t smell so idk.
