These are great cables, obviously bought them to colour-code my microphones. Make sure you get the SILVER TIPS (not the black ones!!!) The silver tips have a nice notch to properly align the 3 pins. The black tips don’t, they do have a small mark but it’s very hard to see so connecting the cables is a pain.
