haven't tested it yet but the build seems ok. I'm not (yet) sure which resistor is R1 as I need to change it to 30K to adjust the board down to 50 mA of current so I can charge some 10180s. I think it's the one marked 122 but if anyone knows for sure, please post it in a review or reply to this one (is that a thing?). Thanks!
