Total disorder in the sending of this item. I was given two different Tracking Numbers, neither worked. When asked for correct one, I was told "not to worry - it will come!!!" There is mention of software to be able to store the sleep patterns if necessary. Try and get the software and you will spend many hours going around in circles with no results what so ever. The product seems okay, but not rely on any Service or backup.
