My third time from this shop.Arrived on time n in good condition
Let me start by saying I loved the first version of this watch. Only reason I upgraded was because of the clock screen look, color screen, and 12 hour clock format instead of 24 hours. I hated only 24 hour clock. This one I can't get to connect to the app. If it does connect it vibrates for several minutes and won't even take any of your vitals. And while vibrating it is counting it as steps. total waste of money and time waiting on it. And not just for me for my customer that waited too. I want a refund!
These are junk. they will not stay connected to a phone. if you can even get it to connect. then if it does connect and you try to get it to take your vitals it will vibrate constantly for several minutes then turn itself off and disconnect from your phone. I tried to work something out with the seller and they took so long messaging asking questions that I thought they were going to fix it or make it right so I didn't dispute it. by time they said they wouldn't do anything that it wasn't their problem I could no longer dispute it. so now I have wasted nearly $40 on garbage that doesn't work and can't get a refund. didn't even get an I'm sorry your having trouble.
