The wrong plug was shipped ( usb micro instead of usbc) but the product works fine when plugged to a matching phone.

Took longer then 90 days to arrive and they sent me the wrong one. The one they sent me is of no use to me and I can’t seem to find the software for it scan the QR code on back and I get nothing
