It came in good packaging but it didn't connect.i tried 3 apps but nothing happens.

The product description was "China Post Ordinary Small Packet Plus" so I purchased it, but the shipment was "Yanwen Economic Air Mail". Arrival schedule changed from "15-29 days" to "30-50 days". Obviously a scam! "15-21 days" later than the originally scheduled arrival date.
