This is a great product and I'm sure I'll need it one day but just help for anyone who wants this question it's not compatible with a PC at least not for my one. it's my fault anyways for not reading the description but its still good.
ok so I'm a dumbass this device does work on pc to ear buds all you have to do is plug in the black wires into the bluetooth and the other connecting to the pc. turn it to the tx and make sure other devices connected to your ear buds are off and they should automatically connect
