The IR receiver is too far inside the unit. Enlarged the hole & extended the leads. Now the IR works anywhere in the room. There are no instructions on how to preset the FM stations only found that the scan programs all noise signal as well as the stations. so instead of 10 presets you end up with 50 of which 40 are not stations. picture shows IR after Modification. usually there I a way of programming favourites but could not work out how to do this. All in all great value and works well Integrated to my home built amp.
I forgot to mention to power with more than 5V as the low battery beep comes through every 30 seconds when you are on FM Radio.
