Huge problems with Blackview honouring warranty. I've had at least eight BV low and mid range phones and they have been great value. unfortunately the most expensive phone I bought from them died with 2 weeks of opening. Initially they were responsive and asked if they could try sending me the part instead of me returning it. I agreed but months later after chasing them up several times they had not shipped it. unfortunately the part they shipped never arrived and was returned to them. I have chased them up several times and been promised a part and even ordered new phones and asked they send the part with the new phones but they did not. every time I contact them I have to explain myself again. Now I have had enough and asked for the phone to be replaced as per their warranty conditions and they are refusing to replace it or even repair it if it doesn't get back to them within 12 months of order which is unlikely. I would stick to cheap models you can throw away if faulty.
