I contacted the seller to ask a custom citymap, after purchase the product came as described it is printed on a nice material (like a painting more than just paper) It came as a roll and was well protected, at first I thought the exterior was damaged but I was wrong the product is more protected and inside some extra protected. I asked if it was possible to get the digital file but got no answer. Other than that I recommend this product I really like it, I ordered the 60cmx80cm and got a lot of compliments about the quality! I absolutely love this!
